Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders worldwide from our distribution networks to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.

Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: Processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-Order / Custom Leather Items: May require 5–7 business days for production before shipment. You will be explicitly notified on the product page if an item requires extra crafting time.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been handed over to our shipping carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS), you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow its progress.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • US, UK, & EU: For most standard shipments, taxes are integrated or calculated transparently during the WooCommerce checkout process.

  • International / Canada: Salvene is not responsible for any additional customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes applied by your destination country. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium leather goods. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a successful return and full refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be completely unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be housed in its original packaging, including all protective dust bags, tags, and boxes.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or your Salvene order number.

Note on Natural Leather Characteristics: Genuine leather is a natural material. Minor variations in color, subtle grain patterns, or natural scars are authentic characteristics of premium hide and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved leather goods.

  • Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at [Insert Your Support Email] with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on its condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your leather product arrives damaged in transit or exhibits a legitimate structural manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Insert Your Support Email] with clear photos of the issue. We will expedite a replacement or issue a full refund at absolutely no extra cost to you.
