You may not use our leather products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using our service.

  • Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our leather goods. However, because leather is a natural material, slight variations in grain, color, and natural marks may occur. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be perfectly accurate.

  • Price Adjustments: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

  • Order Limitations: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantities of any products we offer.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our WooCommerce store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. This may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

We sell and ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Shipping timeframes and charges are calculated at checkout and are subject to carrier timelines.

For international orders outside our core shipping zones (or specifically into Canada), you are fully responsible for any local import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied upon arrival. Salvene has no control over these external charges.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging to be eligible. Custom or engraved goods are exempt from returns.
